Connection4life.com is a friendly way to communicate with others safely. We give you the opportunity to interact with others, to seek friendships, possible mates, and to find love or romance. By using Connection4life.com, you agree to be bound by these terms of use, whether or not you are a registered user of Connection4life.com.

    1. Do not attempt to post profile and/or seek out users/members who are under the age of 18.

    3. Only post a profile for you and you alone. You may not post a profile on another person's behalf.

    4. You may not request or post anyone else's or your full name, street address, phone number, and email address in your profile.

    5. Unless granted approval from Connection4life.com, you may not advertise (post) websites, URLs and/or screen names from a different website/company.

    6. You may not post offensive, obscene, adult-orientated content (nudity), or use derogative language, objectionable, or illegal material.

    7. You may not threaten or harass any members on this site.

    8. You may not post any type of sexual activities and descriptions of physical characteristics in detail such as size and measurements.

    9. You may not solicit to married people and multiple partners for existing couples (swingers).

  II. Connection4life.com has the right to reject and/or terminate your membership at anytime for violating another member's privacy and for anything that might be illegal or offensive to others members and that may jeopardize the safety and well-being of a member.

  III. As a member of Connection4life.com, you will not in any form, copy, sell, publish, distribute, reproduce, display, transmit, or modify copyrighted material, trademark, or other proprietary information without obtaining prior written consent of the owner(s) of such materials. Violation of these terms will result in your termination as a member of this site. If you think that your work has been duplicated and posted on this Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please supply our Copyright Department with this information: a physical or electronic signature of the person(s) authorized to represent on the owner's behalf of the copyright interest; a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed; a detailed description of where you believe your work has been violated located on the Website; your present address; telephone number, email address; a written document stated by you that you strongly believe that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, law, or its agent, by you stating, made under penalty of perjury, that the aforementioned in your notice is precise and that you are the sole, copyright owner or are entitled to act of the behalf of the copyright owner.

  IV. Connection4life.com is only supported by using the English language. You may not post a profile anywhere on this site in a foreign language (including characters and/or symbols).

This is site is not to be used for commercial purposes such as information gathering, spam, junk mail, mass mailing, chain letters, etc. You may not use automated tools such as crawling software, robots, when posting a profile or to gather profile information, unless authorized by Connection4life.com.

  VI. You may not post a main photo for you profile if the image is blurry, it is an image of you as a child, contains someone other than you, and is a group photo. (Please note: You may post group photos as long as they are not used as your main profile photo). You also may not post a main photo for your profile if it is an assortment of pictures (i.e.: collage), it is bigger than 4 MB in size, is upside down, and/or includes personal contact information.

  VII. Connection4life.com reserves the right to take legal action with discretion solely against any persons who breaches this provision, without inhibition eradicating the offending communication from the service and discontinuing the membership of such offenders. Content that is banned includes:

    1. involves the spread of "junk mail", "chain letters", mailing in bulk, or "spamming".
    2. encourage an unlawful or illicit copies of another persons copyrighted work, such as supplying, pirated computer programs, or links to them, supplying information to evade manufacture installed copy-protect devices, or supplying pirated music or links to pirated music files.

    3. is distinctly offensive and encourages bigotry, racism, hatred, or physical harm of any kind towards any individual or group.

    4. solicits passwords or personal information for lawless or commercial purposes from other users.

    5. involves commercial sales and/or activities without Connection4life's prior written consent (i.e.: contests).

    6. badgering or endorsing harassment of another person.

    7. offers material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a violent or sexual manner, or seeks to obtain by persuasion personal information from anyone under 18.

    8. contains privileged or password authorized only admittance pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked from or to another accessible page).

    9. encourage information that you know is misleading or false advertisement of unlawful activities or conduct that is defamatory, obscene, libelous, threatening, or abusive.

    10. offers instructional information about unlawful activities including making or buying banned weapons, breaching someone's privacy, or supplying or producing computer viruses.

    11. Connection4life cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the Website. In order to protect/guard our members from solicitation or advertising, Connection4life.com reserves the right to limit the number of emails that a Member may send to other Members in a 24-hour period to a number that Connection4life.com considers appropriate.

    12. You must use Connections4life service in a manner accordant with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

  VIII. Member Altercations.

  You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Connection4life.com members. Connection4life.com, Inc. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor and regulate disputes between you and other Connection4life members.

  IX. Privacy.

  Use of this Website and/or the Service is also regulated/governed by our Privacy Policy link.

  X. Disclaimers.

  Connection4life.com is not liable for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Website or in affiliation with the Service, whether caused by users of the Website, Members, or by any of the programming associated with or utilized in the Service. Connection4life.com is not responsible for the conduct/behavior, whether online or offline, of any user of the Website or Member of the Service. Connection4life.com is not responsible for any defect, omission, interruption, delay, deletion, or error in operation or transmission, communications line failure, destructions, theft or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or Member communications. Connection4life.com is also not responsible for any technical malfunction of computer online systems, telephone network or lines, servers or providers, computer software, equipment, failure of players or email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination of Websites including injury or damage to users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the Service. Connection4life.com will not be responsible in any way, for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the Website or the Service, any Content posted on the Website or transmitted to Members, or any relations between users of the Website, whether online or offline. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of New York.

  You agree to indemnify and hold Connection4life.com, its owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners, and employees, harmless from any allegation, loss, deprivation, liability, or demand including sensible attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or originating out of your use of this Service in violation of this Terms of Use Agreement and/or originating from an infringement of this Agreement and/or infringement of your depictions and warranties set forth above.

  XIV. U.S. Export Controls.

  Software from this Website is further subject to United States export controls. No software may be downloaded from the Website or otherwise exported or re-exported: a. into or to a national or resident of Libya, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, or any other Country to which the United States has embargoed goods; b. to anyone on the United States Treasury Department's list of Specifically Designated Nationals or the United States Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. By using or downloading the Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.

  XV. Other.

  This Terms of Use Agreement is accepted and/or approved upon your Use of the Website and is further asserted by you becoming a Member of this Service. This Terms of Use Agreement legislates the whole agreement between you and Connection4life.com with respect to the use of this Service and/or Website. The breakdown of Connection4life.com to enforce or exert any right or arrangement of this agreement shall not function as a waiver of such right or arrangement.
